Formula Legends is getting a physical release from Microids, giving racing fans another way to add the stylized title to their collection. The Formula Legends Legacy Edition will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch on June 4. The package includes the full game along with eight DLC packs, four lithographs and a collectible poster, offering something extra for players who enjoy physical editions.
Developed by 3DClouds, the game leans into the golden age of high speed competition while keeping the focus squarely on accessible, pick up and play racing. Across Story, Time Attack and Online Multiplayer modes, the game delivers an immersive take on the racing world through its distinct art style and era spanning content. Players race through decades of motorsport history, starting in the 1960s and moving to the present day, with 16 cars inspired by real world models and 14 tracks based on historic locations that evolve over time.
Each era introduces its own cast of fictional drivers inspired by real life legends, complete with unique abilities like tire management, rain expertise and pit stop strategy. Whether opting for a more arcade feel or a realistic driving style, success depends on staying composed, learning the tracks and reacting quickly to avoid falling down the standings.
