Former Yamaha MotoGP team boss Jarvis steps away from advisor role

Yamaha Lin Jarvis MotoGP Autosport Dorna Fabio Quartararo Valentino Rossi

Lin Jarvis has definitively parted ways with Yamaha after completing a year in the role of external advisor, Autosport has learned.

Jarvis informed several key figures in the paddock a few days ago of his intention to go independent and make his extensive experience in racing in general - and MotoGP in particular - available to whoever may see fit.
