A former high school teacher in Virginia is facing multiple charges after allegedly selling vape cartridges containing THC and nicotine to students. Kaitlyn Crescent, 28, of Alexandria, was taken into custody by the Fairfax County Police Department following incidents at Falls Church High School.
The investigation began when Child Protective Services received a referral on October 24, reporting that a teacher was selling vape cartridges to students at the school. Detectives took over the case and found that between December 2023 and June 2024, Crescent sold vape cartridges containing nicotine and THC to four students.
