Former US President Donald Trump has said he will be arrested next week over payments made to a porn star.

The business mogul claimed he will be arrested on Tuesday over payments towards the porn actress Stormy Daniels to buy her silence over an alleged sexual relationship.

Writing on his Truth Social website, the ex-president said "will be arrested on Tuesday of next week" and ordered his followers to "take our nation back" in response.
