With the NFL Draft now being over, the best way to add talent is by older veterans in free agency. And with needs still at cornerback, the Raiders are hosting one of the top cornerbacks available on the market on Monday.
According to Vic Tafur of The Athletic, the Raiders are meeting with former Pro Bowl CB Marcus Peters on Monday. Peters was initially drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs before bouncing around on a few teams.

Peters turned 30 in January and has appeared in 104 games in his NFL Career. He’s struggled to stay healthy over the last few seasons as he missed the entire 2021 season with an injury. Peters is still one of the best ballhawk in the league, racking up 32 career interceptions in seven seasons.
However, Peters is the type of cornerback that would fit well in Patrick Graham’s defense and would give the Raiders another viable outside cornerback. We will keep you updated on any information regarding his visit with the Raiders.
