Connolly was grilled at the trial by Ms Heard’s lawyer, who said that Depp was trying to urinate “in the foyer” and “had his penis out” during the alleged incident while the 58-year-old actor was filming the fifth Pirates of The Caribbean movie.
Mr Connelly replied: "I think I would remember if I’d seen Mr Depp’s penis", prompting laughter from Mr Depp and those gathered in the court room for the $50 million libel trial, reports The Independent.
Appearing via video link, Connolly also testified that Depp had a swollen face during his honeymoon with ex-wife Amber Heard, while claiming that the 'Aquaman' actress 'wanted to wear the pants' during their marriage.
The trial continues.
