Former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote has shared her gorgeous wedding day makeup ahead of tying the knot with her man Kris Evans. Musician Kris popped the question on New Year's Eve 2021 during an end-of-year holiday and Georgia looked stunning in a new snap of her bridal look shared on her Instagam.
The actress and former Strictly Come Dancing finalist from Bury told her followers that she had been nervous about how she would look on her special day. She was flooded with compliments as she posted a snap on her social media.
The bride-to-be was thrilled with the finished look, keeping the makeup natural with glowy skin, a barely-there lip shade and fluttery lashes. "Never do I wear makeup like this, been nervous about how I will look on my wedding day because wearing makeup feels like ‘work’ and like I’m playing a character," she admitted.

"But @makeupbylati you smashed it and you made me feel lush and like exactly how I wanted to look. thank you! I can’t wait to do it all again x"
Laninsta_17 told her: "Looks so natural and beautiful." And Jonathonlisp said: "You look like you with sparkle." wrightmartink told her: "Best ‘character’ you’ll ever be is yourself. Best day of your life will be your wedding day. Enjoy every moment." And leanne2585 commented: "This look is lovely and natural."
The loved-up couple have been dating since 2018. Georgia, who played Katy Armstrong in Corrie, was crying tears of joy as she revealed that Kris had proposed.
She shared the happy news on Instagram alongside a snap of the husband and wife to be perched on a wall with the sun setting behind them. "Mrs Evans to be," she wrote alongside a photo that showed her holding up her hand to flash her sparkly engagement ring.
Georgia, who has hailed Kris the "love of her life", shared her excitement in February as she turned 32. "Going into 32 happy and excited to become a wife," she typed with smiling photos. Also knowing it’s ok to keep becoming the best version of you. Excited to see what my own new year brings for me x"
In December Georgia shared a loved-up picture of the pair as she said: "One whole year ago today you got down on one knee and asked me to be your wife. It was the happiest and proudest day of my entire life."
She added: "Soon we will be heading into 2023. Where I will finally become Mrs Evans. And I’m sure, that will be the next proudest day ever. I love you so much @krisevansmusic we will always get through everything life throws at us x"
Kris, from Middleton, was formerly part of the boyband The Mend, created by former Take That manager Nigel Martin-Smith. They made it to the live finals of Britain's Got Talent in 2012 which was won that year by dog act Ashleigh and Pudsey.
Georgia played young mum Katy in Corrie from 2010 to 2015 and some viewers were unhappy with the decision to kill off the character, ending a possible return to the soap for the former finalist. In 2017 her character was killed off in a car accident after moving to Portugal and her ex Chesney Brown brought their son Joseph back to the cobbles.
