Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote dazzled in the sunshine for a stunning holiday snap - just before it went wrong. Georgia, 31, who played Katy Armstrong in Corrie, wowed in a sleek black swimsuit as she posed on a boat trip in Ibiza.
She cut a cool figure in sunglasses as she gazed out to sea while on holiday with her musician fiancé Kris Evans. But after the photo was taken Georgia was 'rudely' stung by a jellyfish, she revealed to her followers on Instagram. "Before I was rudely stung by a jellyfish," she captioned the picture.
The Strictly 2015 finalist later shared a video of herself swimming underwater wearing goggles as she joked about her ordeal: "Looking for that jellyfish u know." And she received a raft of sympathetic messages from fans.

The couple enjoyed Danny Howard's DJ set at Amnesia nightclub, and Georgia shared a loved-up snap of the pair together on their date night. In 2019 Georgia revealed she had found love with Kris who was a finalist on Britain's Got Talent with his former band The Mend in 2012.
On new year's eve she was crying tears of joy as she revealed that Kris had popped the question during an end-of-year holiday. The actress from Bury shared the happy news on Instagram alongside a snap of the husband and wife to be perched on a wall with the sun setting behind them.
"Mrs Evans to be," she wrote alongside the stunning photo that showed her holding up her hand to flash her sparkly engagement ring. Georgia hailed Kris the "love of her life" last year as they packed on the PDA at a glitzy showbiz party in Manchester.
Kris, from Middleton, was formerly part of the boyband The Mend, created by former Take That manager Nigel Martin-Smith. They made it to the live finals of Britain's Got Talent which was won that year by dog act Ashleigh and Pudsey.
Georgia played young mum Katy in Corrie from 2010 to 2015 and some viewers were unhappy with the decision to kill off the character, ending a possible return to the soap for the former Strictly Come Dancing finalist. In 2017 her character was killed off in a car accident after moving to Portugal and her ex Chesney Brown brought their son Joseph back to the cobbles.
