Helen Flanagan has opened up about 'hating herself' after losing her temper and shouting at her children in an emotional post.
The 31-year-old, who has three kids, Matilda, six, Delilah, three, and Charlie, one, with her fiancé Scott Sinclair, spoke about the realities of parenting. The former Coronation Street star was taking part in a Q&A on her Instagram Stories on Sunday when a fan asked how she 'seems so calm'.
"How do you keep it together you seem so calm," they asked the former Celtic WAG. Answering this question on social media, Helen shared a selfie of her looking exhausted with her hand covering half of her face after crying.
