A former Cleveland Browns wide receiver came up huge for the Atlanta Falcons, where he has played since 2022, as Khadarel Hodge sealed the game in overtime on Thursday Night Football against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Quarterback Kirk Cousins and wide receivers Drake London and Darnell Mooney went off in this game. Instead, Hodge came down with the massive game-winner in overtime for the Falcons as they pulled off the 36-30 comeback over Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers.
Catching a football over the middle of the field, Hodge found green grass and ran 45 yards into the endzone to call game for the Falcons.

He hasn’t played for the Browns since 2020 and has not had a ton of production throughout his NFL career. However, Hodge just came up huge in Atlanta. He has two catches on the season for 67 yards, and they both came in this game. And 45 yards came on the game-winner.
Congrats, Khadarel!
