Charge against one of three alleged Chinese spies withdrawn

Criminal allegations against one of three alleged Chinese spies have been withdrawn as the case faces more delays.

In the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 30, a Commonwealth prosecutor asked the court to withdraw a charge of reckless foreign interference against a 26-year-old man. This means the case against him has been discontinued.
