Music lovers are gearing up for Forbidden Fruit as the popular festival returns to Kilmainham this weekend.
The festival will begin on Saturday June 3 with gates opening at 2pm. Promising acts for the two-day long festival include Crumlin native Jazzy, who recently became the first Irish female artist to top the charts in over a decade.
Festival goers are reminded that last entry is permitted at 9:30pm, with last acts taking to the stage at 10:45pm over the weekend. The event is also entirely cashless so attendees should ensure they have debit cards before heading to the venue.

Bus routes such as the 40, 123 and 13 cater to the area. The Luas Red Line also offers access via the Heuston Station stop, located five minutes away from the venue.
The weather forecast for the two- day long event is promising, with temperatures expected to soar close to 20 degrees. A select few tickets for the highly anticipated festival remain up for grabs on Ticketmaster.
