Flo Rida's six-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, was rushed to an intensive care unit after suffering "serious injuries" when he fell from the window of a fifth-floor apartment.
The incident happened in New Jersey and left the youngster with fractures in his pelvis and left foot. He also suffered a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
Zohar's mother Alexis Adams filed a civil lawsuit on Monday against the people she claims are responsible for the fall, which occurred on March 4.
