A popular Scottish zoo which is known for caring for animals in need has just welcomed its latest rescue bear.
The Five Sisters Zoo in West Lothian shared a cute video of the three-year-old brown bear called Byara settling into her new home.
The adorable bear arrived at the park from Natuurhulpcentrum Opglabbeek in Belgium.
Posting on their official Facebook page, the team wrote: “It is our hopes that she will eventually be introduced to Eso, our other female Brown Bear.
“We would like to express our thanks to The Society for the Protection of Homeless Animals Priyut, Bears In Mind, Naturhulpcentrum and everyone else who made this rescue possible.
“If you are visiting, be sure to pop by our two-acre woodland enclosure to see if you can spot Eso or Byara!.”
The team at Naturhulpcentrum shared their joy too, adding: "We just got the first images of Byara in the Scottish Five Sisters Zoo! After a long journey, she can enjoy herself in a part of her new enclosure. And as you can see, she's having a great time!"
Fans are already looking forward to meeting the new addition.
One wrote: "Hello pretty girl. Welcome to your new forever home. I look forward to seeing you soon."
While another added: "Aww amazing to see this just puts a smile on your face. Enjoy your new safe home."
