The property is pretty impressive to say the least with it boasting five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two public rooms. The terraced house is also said to have been extended and refurbished to a "superb specification" throughout.

Taking to their website, the Clyde Property estate agents writes that it's "the largest home within the development" spread over two levels with the external appearance belying the generous level of accommodation which extends to over 2,800 square feet.

The accommodation comprises of a reception hall with staircase and storage, master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. There is also two further double bedrooms, one with shower room and the other with en-suite shower room compartment, utility room and large work/boot room.

They add: "But without a doubt the main feature of this superb home is the main living area which comprises of a large lounge with pretty Juliette window and a fabulous living/dining kitchen area with by-folding doors to the south facing garden and gas fire. Upstairs, the rooms are flooded with natural light through the numerous Velux windows. At this level there are two further bedrooms, family bathroom and built in storage.

"Externally, the property is accessed either on foot through the main courtyard, or via electric gates which give vehicular access to the private driveway at the rear of the house.

"The sheltered south facing third garden is laid mainly with artificial lawn and a decked area directly outside the dining kitchen providing a perfect space for indoor/outdoor entertaining. High timber fencing provides security and shelter. There is a further sheltered garden space to the rear of the house."

As well as being a perfect property with specious bedrooms, bathrooms and a stunning open plan kitchen, the location is also perfect. According to Google Maps, it is only a 25 minute drive to Glasgow's city centre - or over three hours if you feel like walking!
