  • The image depicts the men wearing bathrobes and drinking from US flag mugs, reportedly in Martha’s Vineyard.
  • The photograph is understood to have been taken between 1999 and 2000.
  • Both Mr Mountbatten-Windsor and Mr Mandelson have recently faced severe scrutiny over their ties to the paedophile financier Epstein.
  • The photo was dug out by ITV from a tranche of documents released by the US Department of Justice as part of the Epstein files.
