First Minister ‘deeply saddened’ by Dolly Parton death

The First Minister says he is “deeply saddened” by the death of country music superstar Dolly Parton.

On Tuesday evening, shortly after the singer and actress’ passing was announced by her family, John Swinney gave his condolences on X, praising her charitable work in providing books for children around the world, including Scotland.
