A new Brewdog bar has opened its doors in Bristol this weekend a decade after the launch of the first site. Work began on the new harbourside spot earlier this year, situated just a ten-minute walk away from the existing site on Baldwin Street - but boasts much more indoor and outdoor seating.
The bar is equipped with 30 taps serving up craft beer and cider with the familiar Punk IPA, Hazy Jane and Spellbound expected to be regulars. It will also feature curated guest breweries from the UK and beyond, as well as local guest beers from Yonder and Wiper & True, with a take-away service available for those wanting fresh beer on the go.
It's kitted out with the brand's familiar industrial-meets-diner aesthetic, with rows of bar stools along with the more plush bench seating. A neon sign that reads 'London, Toyko, Berlin, Brizzle' is fitted on the wall.
For those looking for more than just drinks, the brewer is serving up its varied menu offering dishes that cater to different tastes. It has a weekend brunch menu, promises more than 50 per cent vegan dishes and BrewDog’s signature 'Hoppy Meals' for kids. Those looking for pub classics can tuck into one of their double-stacked burgers or a plate piled high with loaded fries.
The signature brunch menu which is served up on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am also sits alongside 2-for-1 vegan and vegetarian mains every Monday and BrewDog Wings Wednesday; all-you-can-eat spicy buffalo chicken or buffalo cauliflower wings for just £10. Guests are welcome to bring their dogs into the bar, too.
BrewDog is also launching a beer and food delivery service 'BrewDog Now' that will bring supplies straight to your door, and even directly to a nearby park with their new BrewDog Now to Park service.
With an expansive outdoor area, it's sure to be a popular spot this summer. If you're lucky enough to get there quickly on opening day, the first 100 customers will receive a raffle ticket with the chance to win free beer for the entire year.
The BrewDog Bristol Harbourside is located on Units 1 & K1, Building 11, Millennium Promenade, BD1 5TY. It's open seven days a week with varying opening hours.
