He has now given his thousands of fans a peak of the beauty of Downhill Beach in a post on Wednesday.

The caption read: "So peaceful and beautiful.

"I can't wait to get into the cold waters."

Last month, Northern Ireland Screen announced a new show highlighting the beauty of the North Coast.

B&B By The Sea is set in an authentic guesthouse on the Antrim coast of Northern Ireland and is run by a cast of exciting new talent alongside Great British Menu’s chef Alex Greene.

Fred was confirmed as one of the celebrities booked into the B&B for the show alongside Richard Blackwood, Linford Christie and Deborah Meaden.

His photos include a glimpse of the Downhill Beachhouse that was featured in NI Screen's announcement of the new show.
