A quantity surveyor and DJ, a student from Barbados and a business owner are the first three contestants unveiled for the new series of Love Island.
The ITV2 dating show returns to screens on June 1, with Maya Jama back as host.
Among those looking for love will be Robyn, 21, from Liverpool, who says her type is “tall, fair, muscles, nice teeth, pretty boy”.
She added: “I’m more into personality, though, they’ve got to make me laugh, be charming and have good manners.”
The surveyor says finding love on the show is her “only goal”, continuing: “There may be a little bit of drama but I’m going in there for myself, so I’ve got to do what I’ve got to do.
“But I would like to think I’m a girl’s girl and that I handle situations quite well. I’ve got a mature brain.”
Business owner Lorenzo, 28, from Hertfordshire, said his type is “traditionally blonde,” adding: “I quite like a posh girl. One feature I look at is a girl’s arms, I don’t know why.
“It’s really strange! Imagine like a Jessica Alba or an Angelina Jolie kind of arm and neck, I find that very elegant. Very niche, I know!”
Meanwhile, student Mica, 21, who is originally from Barbados but lives in London, said she would be turned off by a “really egotistical, cringey man”.
She added: “That’s not my vibe at all. I can’t have someone who’s more into themselves than they are me. They need to be obsessed with me.”
Also joining the line-up is detective Lola, 25, from Kent, who says: “I like someone who is smart who can teach me things.
“I like book smart but even if they’re not book smart, I like someone who is like actually teaching me stuff.”
She will be joined by nurse Angelista, 24, from Staffordshire, who is looking for “a listener and a doer”.
She said: “You can’t just be listening and not doing! Someone that puts actions behind words and is patient.”
Also hoping to find love is electrician Samuel, 25, from Dudley; primary school teacher Sean, 25, from Galway; videographer Ellie, 24, from West Lothian, and model Samraj, 25, from Birmingham.
Asked what his strategy in the villa will be, Samraj said: “Without sounding arrogant, in the outside world, I don’t really chase that much, I’m used to girls coming to me.
“I know in the Villa it’s a different dynamic. In the beginning, I’m not going to be pushing myself out there, I’m just gonna watch and see who I like and then go from there.”
Love Island returns on Monday June 1 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
