This achievement is attributed to Houston-based Intuitive Machines' IM-1 mission, which marked a historic moment in space exploration.
While the IM-1 mission was considered a success, the spacecraft did experience a minor setback as it tipped over upon landing. This unexpected sideways orientation impacted the operational capabilities of the lander, leading to a shorter mission duration than initially anticipated by Intuitive Machines.
