Firefighters battle Southall sports pavilion blaze as residents urged to keep windows closed

Southall Brigade

Residents in Southall were told to keep their windows shut on Thursday morning because of thick billowing smoke from a fire at a sports pavilion.

Around 60 firefighters tackled the blaze on Tentelow Lane from just after 2.30am before bringing the fire under control about 7am.
