Firefighters are tackling a major flat fire at a block of flats in Grangemouth.
Emergency services rushed to Oxgang Road in the town shortly after midday following reports of smoke coming from a window.
Three fire engines and a number of cops are at the scene.
Fire crews are currently tackling the flames.
It is understood residents in the block are being told to stay down on the floor while the emergency service teams work.
It's not known if anyone has been injured.
