Fiji PM Rabuka concerned by US climate, aid moves

Fiji Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has implored the United States to rejoin the Paris Agreement and reconsider an aid freeze as the region fears the fallout from Donald Trump's radical policy about-faces.

Mr Rabuka is the Pacific's first leader to visit Washington DC since Mr Trump's election, taking meetings early in the new administration.
