EA Sports has revealed the first TOTW squad of FIFA 23, with Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne receiving a 92-rated in-form player item.
De Bruyne provided two assists in Man City's 3-0 win over Wolves last weekend, keeping his side on the tails of Premier League leaders, Arsenal. The Gunners have a player of their own in the TOTW 1 squad as William Saliba earned his spot following a goal, clean sheet and MOTM performance in Arsenal's 3-0 victory against Brentford, and Tottenham Hotspur's Heung-Min Son also features after he scored a hat-trick against Leicester City.
Players can access the TOTW squad through packs and buy them on the FUT transfer market, with the FIFA 23 FUT Web App expected to be live this evening. As well as De Bruyne, Saliba and Son, players from Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSV and more feature in the first TOTW of FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 will be released on Friday, September 30, 2022 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, Stadia, PS4, and Xbox One. Players who pre-order the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 or are subscribed to EA Play will be given early access to the game, allowing players access to the game on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
