A man fed up with "chaos" from illegal traveller camps, fly tipping and motorists cutting across footpaths by fields has won his fight to have bollards and boulders put up.
Councillor Sam Firth said he couldn't bare the “nuisance” and antisocial behaviour the trespassing was causing by one of Leeds' busiest roads.
Fields next to the new East Leeds Orbital Route (ELOR) have seen 14 illegal camps since January, alone, it's believed.
