Does Feather & Black offer free delivery?
Feather & Black offer free delivery on all orders going to mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Wight. They deliver through Dreams, and can make deliveries Monday – Saturday from 7am to 6pm. For larger items such as beds, mattresses and furniture you can choose your preferred delivery slot at checkout if your item is in stock. Bed linen and bedding are delivered within 5 working days.
Does Feather & Black offer an assembly service?
If you buy a bed with your Feather & Black discount code, you can also purchase an assembly service at checkout. The service isn’t free, but it will save you a job and ensure that your bed is assembled correctly and to a high standard. Single bed frames cost £45 to assemble, and any of the larger frames cost £60. Divan bases cost £20 to assemble (single size), or £30 for the larger sizes. Bed frames with ottoman storage cost £45 for a single size frame and £70 for any of the larger sizes. The assembly service can’t be purchased for any furniture items, though most of these items arrive already assembled.
Does Feather & Black offer free returns?
Feather & Black are not currently offering free returns. You have 14 working days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange, but there will be a collection fee of £38 to pay for beds, mattresses, and furniture, and £4.95 for bedding and bed linen. All items must be in their original packaging and free of any defects to be accepted for a return.
Can you return Feather & Black mattresses?
Feather & Black offer a 100 Night Comfort Guarantee on all of their mattresses. This includes adjustable, made-to-measure, and ex-display mattresses, but not bed frames, divans or ottoman bases. If after 30 days you feel your mattress isn’t providing you with the level of comfort you hoped for, you can request an exchange, within the 100 day window frame. The mattress must be in perfect condition to be accepted for an exchange, so make sure you’re using a mattress topper in the 100 night trial period. A collection and re-delivery charge of £49 will be applied to each exchange.
Does Feather & Black offer a finance service?
For purchases that cost £750 or more, you can borrow over 10 or 20 months 0% APR representative. That’s great news if you want to invest in a new bed, mattress and luxury bedding all at the same time, but you don’t want to pay for it all at once. You can instead pay for your purchase in monthly installments over the course of 10 or 20 months, with a 0% interest rate. There’s no catch! You just need to apply for the finance plan on the Feather & Black website; approvals are subject to financial circumstances and borrowing history.
