FDA Chlorthalidone dissolution testing recall: Over 25,000 bottles of blood pressure medication have been recalled for improper dissolution. Reports claim that India based Inventia Healthcare Limited has made the two recalls, U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reported.
