Fashion at the Oscars 2022

Lights.. camera and action! Here comes the time to witness an evening of Hollywood fantasies where fiction meets a real moment of success, dreams, and dressing up to grace the red carpet. Hollywood celebrities at last glammed up without being covered in face masks, absolutely glistening in a golden glow, moonshine silver, and black vs. red silhouettes. This year's Academy Awards ceremony showcased fashion diversity, defining through seasons shades of violets resembling regality and greens as significant equality.

Holding compassion towards victims of the warzone, Jessica Chastain Gucci’d out in an incredible customized transformation. Progressing the best actress in a leading role for the movie ‘The Eyes of Tammy Faye’ in a shimmering gown with bright gold and copper, turning violet towards the skirt flare with finishing frills making it the epitome of feminine beauty. Gotcha from the Oscar dressing

Talking of Lady Gaga after being crucified at “The Critics Choice awards” for her not so complimenting bustline body type aesthetics, wearing a yellow and black Gucci gown with sheer lace sleeves and a bodice cutout appeared to backfire on styling. She chose to go all safe in a black jacket and formal pants on the main stage supporting Liza Minnelli for her announcement appearance moment. Gaga is an amazing woman whether it's fashion or humanity on repeat and no one can deny that.

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o wore a bright gold metal gown made by Prada coming to play on the red carpet. What does Gen-Z fashion icon Zendaya choose this time? Rue or False for her silver dune dust shimmer in fishtail skirt with white silk crop shirt joining the family of silver/grey with Nicole Kidman. Yes, Nicole looked like a Goddess in her mermaid peplum grey gown, empowering Zoe Kravitz in a pretty baby pink side shoulder bow dress by kissing her hand showing the gesture of warm wishes.

Red was the color of power for Jennifer Garner, Tracee Ellis Ross, Kristen Dunst, and Amy Forsyth at this year's Oscar celebration. while Lily James, Nicky Rothschild, Zuri Hall, and Zoe Kravitz chose powder pink to get on the red carpet. Zendaya's trailblazing silver look got followed by Alana Him and Olivia Colman in metallic permanent pleating gown. Penelope Cruz looked sensational in a black pocket gown flaunting her confidence vying for her 2nd Oscar statue. Ariana Debose made history as the Afro Latina and first openly queer woman of color to win the Academy Award in stunning red. While Amy Schumer in a navy blue dress, Wanda Sykes in snow-white jacket jumper and Regina Hall in separate sleeve white tube dress throwing humorous fun at the main stage. The queen icon Rita Moreno never looked as gorgeous as she did with feather headgear in beautiful black. While Ricky Thompson giving us all fashion diversity goals working his king attitude in a unique ensemble along with Laverne Cox slaying in black with badass babe chic gag.

All that is dazzling and deserves to be celebrated and empowered from Hollywood and International cinema came together making this year's Oscar awards spectacularly over the periphery with their fashion forwards, illuminating around this year’s celebration with beautiful and heartfelt gestures and showing their compassion for significant movie CODA winning the best film award, the audience applause in “silent clapping” gesture waving both hands with a standing ovation for Troy Kostur creating history on the stage of the 94th Academy Awards winning best-supporting actor award for the same.
