Fannie and Freddie could go public. One expert wants a ‘utility model’ for the Fortune 500 giants

Hedge funds who bought nearly worthless stakes in the mortgage giants after the Global Financial Crisis could stand to make billions if President Donald Trump fulfills his goal to take both firms public.
