A Scottish couple have been left horrified after the back garden of their home became waterlogged, with the house builder blaming the damage on their child and two dogs.
Mum Ellis Reid, 31, and partner Douglas Horn, 42, watched on helplessly as the back of their new-build social house became nothing short of a swamp.
The garden was reduced to a muddy mess and became so flooded that algae even started growing.
