Family's holiday nightmare after their luggage is lost twice during getaway trip

A family has said their first holiday in three years turned into a nightmare after their luggage was lost twice.

The Maguire Family flew from Dublin Airport to Venice with Lufthansa Airlines on Saturday, July 2, with a stopover in Frankfurt for a holiday.

But they say they spent the entire time trying to find out about their three lost bags of luggage.
