“He has been described as a caring and loving person who would do anything for anyone. He was quick witted and had a biting sense of humour. He would say it as it was and made everyone laugh who met him and had a heart of gold. He was loved by everyone that he met, he was loyal, supportive, friendly and generous.
“He will be forever in our hearts and sadly missed. There are no words to describe the loss our family is currently feeling and dealing with.”
The road was closed for four hours following the collision while recovery and investigations took place. South Wales Police Roads Policing Unit continues to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward - they are also asking people who were driving in the area to check their dashcams for footage which may assist.
