Falkirk residents stunned as flock of sheep are seen on street

Residents on a street in Falkirk have been left stunned after looking out their window to discover a flock of sheep.

Around 15 of the fluffy farm animals are currently running riot on Roselea Drive in the Brightons area of the town.

Pictures shared on social media show them wandering in and out of gardens and eating grass.

It's not known who they belong to, but reports suggest it's not the first time they've turned up.

Feeding time (Alan Purves)

One local, Alan Purves, took to Facebook to ask if anyone knows the own.

He joked: "Just giving the Roselea Drive a bit of winter maintenance."

Someone else wrote: "Need to tag Little Bo Peep."

Another said: "This is hilarious."

"Freedom", said a fourth.
