While it hasn’t officially been announced, the Atlanta Falcons have reportedly agreed to trade Matt Ryan to the Indianapolis Colts for a third-round pick.
Ryan has been a steady presence under center in Atlanta for 14 seasons, so finding a replacement won’t be easy. As we examined yesterday, the draft is an option, but it sounds like the Falcons are eyeing free-agent quarterback Marcus Mariota, per this tweet from NFL Netowork’s Mike Garafolo.
Now watch for Marcus Mariota to the #Falcons. Sources say Atlanta is expected to pursue a reunion with Mariota and Arthur Smith, who was with Mariota during his time with the #Titans.

Mariota has thrown for 13,437 passing yards, with 77 touchdowns and 45 interceptions for a an 89.5 passer rating.
