The Atlanta Falcons signed defensive lineman Tommy Togiai off of the Cleveland Browns practice squad on Tuesday. Togiai, who was selected in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL draft out of Ohio State, is a nice depth addition to Atlanta’s banged-up defensive line.
The 24-year-old has been assigned his Falcons jersey number. Togiai was spotted wearing the No. 62 at Wednesday’s practice, per team reporter Terrin Waack.

The Falcons practiced on Wednesday without starting defensive lineman David Onyemata, whose status for Week 16 could be in jeopardy if he doesn’t return to practice soon.
