FA confirms key Women's Super League dates for 2023/24 season

The FA has confirmed a number of key dates for the the 2023/24 Women's Super League calendar.

There is just over a month to go until the final day of the current campaign, with four teams currently vying to take home the WSL crown and four sides battling to avoid relegation to the Championship.

With the Women's World Cup set to take place in Australia and New Zealand between July 20 and August 20, the 2023/24 WSL season will begin later than usual, with the opening weekend's fixtures taking place between Friday September 29 and Sunday October 1.

The final round of fixtures are scheduled for the weekend of Saturday May 18, 2024.

Details have also been confirmed for the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup Final date, which take place on the weekend of Saturday 30 March.

The Vitality Women’s FA Cup Final will take place on the weekend of Saturday 11 May, 2024.

Elswehere, the Women's Championship season will kick off on the weekend of Saturday, August 26 and conclude on the weekend of Saturday, April 27 2024.
