A Texas high school football game offered fans perhaps one of the most bizarre extra points you will ever see.
During the Gordon Longhorns 58–8 win over Live Oak Classical on Friday night, one of the game’s 66 points had football fans stunned with amazement.
Live Oak’s coach Brice Helton shared a video showing an extra point attempt after one of Gordon’s touchdowns on the night. The PAT was successfully kicked through the uprights on the far end of the field, but since the field did not have any nets behind the goalposts, the ball sailed out of play onto a street located directly behind the end zone.
Stunningly, a passing SUV was driving by the field with its windows down at the exact same moment the ball went out of play. The ball passed perfectly through the truck’s window and the driver of the vehicle never even appeared to hit its brakes, despite the ball entering on the passenger side.

This miraculous placement of the ball, through a passing truck’s window, is arguably the most wild end result of an extra point football fans will ever see.
