There will be exhilarating entertainment for all when renowned international ballet star Carlos Acosta brings his world-class dance company The Lowry.
The Havana-based Acosta Danza will be presenting 100% Cuban on February 22 and 23, performing five works packed full of Cuban flair and featuring 12 incredible dancers.
Acosta Danza was due to perform at The Lowry in 2020 but those dates had to be cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the 100% Cuban show will definitely be worth the wait. It is a new mixed bill of five works, all infused with Cuba's rich music and dance influences.
