Lisa Armstrong is "excited" about what her future holds as she settles into a new chapter of her life, leaving the time of her marriage to Ant McPartlin firmly behind.
The 45-year-old make-up artist, who works on Strictly Come Dancing, received £31million in the divorce settlement with Ant, after they split in January 2018 after 23 years together, and she is wasting no time in setting herself up for the future.
Living in Chiswick, West London, Lisa is planning an extensive refurbishment to her home as she settles down with electrician James, 37.
She is looking to live well in the mansion, which she bought in 2020, and is planning to add a pool, gym, outhouse and gazebo, as she makes extensive changes to the garden of her home.
Lisa has already posted online pics which show a plush living room featuring a velvet green sofa, stunning art and a swanky, open-plan kitchen with a massive huge white island.
A source has said that Lisa has big plans and a bright future ahead of her as she moves on with her new love.
They said: "Lisa is well and truly moved on and is excitedly planning for the future. She looks amazing and is excited about the direction her life is heading.
“It’s been a really upsetting and obviously distressing few years but Lisa has bounced back and is firmly looking forward.”
Lisa showed at the weekend that she is in a relaxed mood at the moment, as she shared on Instagram that she was giving herself the ultimate pampering session.
She posted a make-up free pic as she smiled at the camera, with her blonde hair swept back from her face.
A soak in the bath and conditioning her hair followed as she captioned the slew of snaps: "Saturday Night Chilled vibes!!!"
Lisa's ex, Ant, has also shown that he has moved on by marrying his new love, former PA Anne-Marie, three years after getting together.
Speaking of his new relationship, Ant said: “Anne-Marie honestly is the fundamental reason for the great change in my life. She’s been my rock. She’s a beautiful soul. We’re very happy.”
