Households across the UK, including Scotland, are being offered a discount for the second time to use less electricity at peak times.
The National Grid's Demand Flexibility Service will be offered yet again to eligible households between 4:30pm and 6pm on Tuesday (January 24).
It comes amid the cost of living crisis with the scheme hoping to avoid blackouts.

The scheme ran on Monday (January 23) for the first time between 5pm and 6pm, with the more than a million households and businesses across Scotland, England and Wales having signed up to take part.
The scheme is only available to homes with smart meter, with households having had to sign up previously to take part.
According to National Grid, you should do is check if your supplier is one of the providers that have signed up to the scheme. People will also need to sign up via their supplier, not through the National Grid.
You can reduce your usage by not using the washing machine, tumble dryer or oven during these times as well as a delay in charging your electric vehicle.
