Exact date THIS week you need to check for £600 free cash payment - who is eligible

DWP United Kingdom

Pensioners are being urged to check if they've received £600 in free cash this week - or risk missing out on the payments.

The money is made up of the Winter Fuel Payment and Pensioner Cost of Living Payment, both of which are being sent out by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The DWP started issuing the money to eligible households from November to help with rising bills this winter.
