Ex-soap star's Nazi gesture appeal triggers resentence

A former soap opera star did perform a Nazi salute at a ticketed event, a judge has ruled as she threw out his appeal.

Damien Richardson, 57, launched the challenge in the Victorian County Court after he was in November found guilty of intentionally performing a gesture that resembled a Nazi salute.
