Ex-Emmerdale star, Gemma Atkinson, was bursting with pride as she shared the sweet gesture her fiance, Gorka Marquez, made for her elderly auntie at her 70th birthday party over the weekend.
The Hits Radio presenter explained how her auntie who has had a rough time of late, was delighted when Strictly star Gorka, quite literally swept her off her feet.
Gemma, who met her fiance Gorka on the BBC dance show, shared a clip of the sweet moment with her Instagram followers as Gorka twirled the birthday girl around the dance floor to her favourite song Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers.

Guests cheered as Gemma's auntie, Joanna, was expertly lifted by Gorka during the dance. Gemma explained how Gorka was asked to surprise her auntie for her milestone birthday and ever the gentleman, he was only to happy to oblige.
But Gemma and Gorka weren't the only famous faced in the room, family friend, Antonella Brollini, was the one who came up with the idea and she is something of an icon herself. She shot to fame as Antonella the Uncensored Reviewer, when her hilarious no-holds-barred reviews on everything from push-up bras to toilet spray gained traction.
Former Carly Hope actress, Gemma was recently forced to address the connection between herself and the internet sensation. Taking to her Instagram stories, Gemma explained: "People don't know this, her sister and my brother have been married 23 years."
Alongside Antonella's touching birthday surprise from Gorka, Gemma said: "Last night at Auntie Joanne's 70th. She's had a really really tough year, so @antonellauncensored asked Gorks to surprise her when her favourite song came on."
It comes after Gemma revealed she is expecting a baby boy with fiance Gorka Marquez over the weekend. The former Hollyoaks star, 38, and Strictly Come Dancing professional, 32, already share a daughter Mia who they welcomed in 2019.
On Saturday, the couple announced the happy news in a joint post on Instagram with a series of black and white photos which showed Atkinson’s baby bump.
In one of the pictures, Mia can be seen putting her ear up to Atkinson’s bump and another selfie image taken by Marquez sees him beaming alongside his daughter and partner.
Alongside the images, Gemma wrote: “Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’ve officially “popped. Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year. We feel so incredibly blessed and Grateful to be on this journey again.
“Mia is absolutely thrilled! Although we may need to do some negotiating on names, as so far she’s adamant he’s going to be called Barbie.”
During their daughter Mia’s birth, Atkinson needed an emergency c-section when her baby’s heart rate dropped suddenly and the actress suffered a haemorrhage after the birth, losing nearly a litre of blood.
She previously admitted the experience in 2019 left her having nightmares and originally adamant she would not want another child. But last year she said she finally felt ready to have a second baby after working through her initial fear.
