PEDESTRIAN.TV has teamed up with Aperol Spritz to help hard launch this silly season with a massive summer event — and more to come.
If you weren’t at Aperol Spritz’s Aperidisco last weekend, don’t worry — I’ve got you covered.
Here’s everything that went down. Plus, Aperol Spritz-themed events coming up this summer.
(That way, you don’t get too much FOMO from the below.)
Manly certainly caught disco fever. Credit: Aperol Spritz.
Felons Manly was taken over by Aperol Spritz’s
I loved watching people walk by Felons Manly and gawk at the bright orange Aperol Spritz event. Their faces were even more comical when they realised the event was free (!!).
It was a tough life drinking Aperol Spritz by the Manly Wharf at sunset, I’ll tell you that much.
Don’t mind if I do. Credit: Aperol Spritz.
Rounds of Aperol Spritz’s were won
Speaking of Aperol Spritz, you could actually win a round. Basically, you were given this wristband, and if it lit up in orange… you could take it to the bar for a round of Aperol Spritz’s to share with friends.
Plus, this wristband entered you into a competition for the chance to win an Aperol Spritz scooter, which is so summer-coded.
My life would be complete once I have an Aperol Spritz scooter, just saying. Credit: Aperol Spritz.
Embellish By Rowi got our makeup party ready
It wouldn’t be a party without face gems, and Embellish By Rowi had us covered. You could choose from different eye looks and colours to suit what you were wearing.
The makeup artists Nana O’Garey-Larbie and Helani Sarath-Khumara made us feel so comfortable and killed it with the different styles they did — I felt like I was ready to go to a music festival afterwards.

Miss Betty Rose spritzed up our nails
I’m not going to lie. I was so excited that I could get my nails done by a professional, AKA the talented Miss Betty Rose. To put my own skills into perspective, my grandma got my sister to redo her nails that I painted — RIP.
You could choose out of spritz, heart, sun or orange designs, and she even painted all your nails so they wouldn’t look dusty. (Like mine were.)

Disco ball heads started dancing??
You heard me right: Aperol Spritz’s Aperidisco had people with disco balls on their heads. They really brought the party and got people dancing — so I obviously had to crack out my Saturday Night Fever dance moves.
Honestly, when did we stop enjoying dancing and start standing randomly in the corner?? That was not the case at the event. We boogied our little hearts out and actually had fun.
Now THAT is a party outfit. Credit: Aperol Spritz.
The DJs kept the vibes high
DJs can make or break the party — and this iconic lineup kept the good vibes going. On Friday, we kicked off with Jacqui Cunningham and Close Counters. Then, we boogied on to Saturday with Banquet DJs and Set Mo.
On Sunday, the weekend ended on a high with Chase Zera, Troy Beman, Sam Ruffillo, Gee Lane, and DJ Dan Mumbles.
It was such a fun weekend, but don’t fret if you missed out. Aperol Spritz is hosting more events like this one to keep the summer vibes going.

Future Aperol Spritz events to check out
It’s time for a trip to Melbourne with Aperol Spritz popping up at the Australian Open. So you can stay refreshed as you watch your favourite players battle it out.
You can also hire your own Aperol Spritz-themed boat on the Yarra River. Whether you want to captain yourself or sit back and relax with your friends as someone drives for you, this is the summer event I’ve been dreaming about.
Cheers! Credit: Aperol Spritz.
Now, if you don’t mind me, I’m going to enjoy an Aperol Spritz with my mates.
