Everton have revealed their next generation of academy talent as Leighton Baines prepares for the coming season ahead as under-18s manager.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Blues released a video showcasing the latest young players to have progressed through the ranks and signed full-time agreements at Finch Farm. The scholars will be part of the U18s squad for the coming term.
That side will now be led by Baines as part of a reshuffle that has taken place on numerous levels since the arrival of Kevin Thewell at the club, with the former defender having had a good amount of experience working as a coach at this level previously. Paul Tait has stepped up to manage the under-21 side.

A video released by the club alongside the announcement of the 2022/23 academy scholars reveals the players that the academy stars idolise with the likes of Sergio Busquets, Phil Foden and Sergio Ramos getting a mention from some.
A number of the players listed have already picked up strong experience at U18 level last season. Martin Sherif made 19 appearances across the course of last season, bagging six goals and two assists in that time.
Ishe Samuels-Smith played in 17 games, Matthew Apter took to the field 14 times and Coby Ebere claimed six appearances. Jacob Beaumont-Clark, Jack Butler and Daniel Maher all made played one match each in 2021/22.
