Everton new stadium making huge progress
Everton fans are able to see a huge amount of progress on a state-of-the-art new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock as the latest drone footage from the area has been released.
The Blues have been hard at work on their waterfront site since enabling works first began in July 2021, with a number of exciting updates being released over that time. Saturday marks a year since the project was given the green light by the government following planning committee approval being secured in February 2021.

And the last few months particularly have seen sweeping changes made to the site. The water in the dock has completely disappeared, piling works have taken place all over the area and the first concrete foundations and layers of the super-structure have begun to be laid.

Four things spotted from Everton training
In what will no doubt be a welcome sight for Frank Lampard, the latest set of Everton pictures from Finch Farm confirm that Fabian Delph is back in full training with the rest of the group.
The midfielder has been unavailable over the course of recent weeks through injury and hasn't played a Premier League match for his side since the 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace in December. That ended a run where he had played a part in five of his side's last seven matches in the competition, particularly looking strong in games against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur.
