Everton new stadium makes progress as injury return confirmed

Your Everton evening headlines for Friday, March 25.

Everton new stadium making huge progress

Everton fans are able to see a huge amount of progress on a state-of-the-art new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock as the latest drone footage from the area has been released.

Saturday marks a year since the project was given the green light by the government following planning committee approval being secured in February 2021.

Four things spotted from Everton training

The midfielder has been unavailable over the course of recent weeks through injury and hasn't played a Premier League match for his side since the 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace in December. That ended a run where he had played a part in five of his side's last seven matches in the competition, particularly looking strong in games against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur.
