The first of the brick-faced panels that will soon be installed at Everton's new stadium has been manufactured.
In all, a total of 731 panels will be produced at Explore Manufacturing’s Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction factory in the East Midlands. Now, fans have been offered their first glimpse of what the brickwork, which is set to run around the outside of the new ground, will look like in the near future.
The Blues are nearing a year of work at Bramley-Moore Dock which has seen them create a stunning transformation of the area in a short period of time. Recent weeks have particularly been exciting for watching supporters as they have seen the concrete super-structure and steelwork start to rise above the high dock walls.
