A St. Louis Hearing with Nationwide Reach

A Missouri judge on Monday, Sept. 14, will begin weighing final approval of a $7.25 billion settlement that would resolve most current and future lawsuits claiming Roundup weedkiller caused non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Judge Timothy Boyer of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis is not expected to rule immediately at the hearing, Reuters reported. The hearing was originally set for Aug. 19.
