Evan Ferguson scored his first goal for Brighton since recovering from injury in the FA Cup against Stoke City this evening.
Ferguson was in the right place at the right time to convert from close range after some excellent work from the lively Kaoru Mitoma.
The Japanese international was slipped in beautifully down the left hand side by Lewis Dunk. His pull-back took the keeper out of the game, and wonderkid Ferguson was on hand to tap the ball into the empty net.

The goal put Brighton into the lead, a lead which the Seagulls held onto to march into the quarter-finals.
It's Ferguson's first goal since he scored in the 2-2 draw with Leicester on January 14th.
Since then, Ferguson has been on the side-lines for a period after injuring his ankle following a horror tackle by Fabinho in the 2-1 FA Cup win over Liverpool at the end of January.
The 18-year-old has made just one Premier League start since then, with Seagulls manager Roberto de Zerbi wary of rushing him back to soon.
The Irishman now has four goals and two assists in just 12 appearances this season.
His goal is sure to be a welcome boost to Ireland manager Stephen Kenny ahead of the beginning of Euro 2024 qualifying.
That campaign begins on March 27 with a home tie against France, and Ferguson is expected to be in the squad when it is named in the coming weeks.
